3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

3.4 Refunds. Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 Term. These Terms remain in effect as long as the Customer maintains an active account or uses the Service.
4.2 Termination by Customer. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the Service.
4.3 Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:

Continued Service would expose us to liability.
Customer access to the Service is revoked immediately;
We are under no obligation to assist with migration, data export, or continued availability of hosted content. Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to termination;
Outstanding fees remain payable.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, HubSpot). Customer use of such services is subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights. All intellectual property in the Service, including software, design, and branding, remains our property.
6.2 License. We grant Customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer. The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability is limited to fees paid by Customer in the 12 months prior to the claim;

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

Customer’s use of the Service;

Customer’s content or data;

Violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Miscellaneous
No Waiver. Failure to enforce these Terms is not a waiver.
