What You'll Need
- A HubSpot account (free or paid)

Steps
1. Go to Integrations
Navigate to Services and click on the Integrations tab.
2. Find HubSpot
Locate the HubSpot card in your list of integrations.
3. Click Connect
Press the Connect HubSpot button to start the connection process.
4. Sign In to HubSpot
You will be redirected to HubSpot's sign-in page. Enter your HubSpot credentials to log in.
5. Select Your Account
If you have multiple HubSpot accounts, select the one you wish to connect.
6. Allow Access
HubSpot will request permission to share data with your website. Click Connect app to grant access.
7. Return to Dashboard
You will be redirected back to the platform. The HubSpot card should now display Connected in green.
What Happens to Your Data?
When customers fill in forms on your website:
- Contact forms create new contacts in HubSpot.
- Service forms generate support tickets.
- All data flows automatically—no manual entry needed.
HubSpot Regions
HubSpot offers two data regions:
- North America (default)
- European Union
The system automatically detects your HubSpot region and uses the appropriate servers.
Troubleshooting
Connection failed?
Try reconnecting. Ensure you're logged into the correct HubSpot account.
Can't see your contacts?
The initial sync might take a few minutes. Please check back shortly.
Wrong HubSpot account?
Disconnect and reconnect with the correct account from the Integrations tab.
