Connecting Google Calendar

Beginner2 minutes

Title: Connecting Google Calendar
Category: booking-calendar

Link your Google Calendar to automatically sync all bookings and manage your schedule in one place.

Where to Find This

Navigate to Services → Booking Management tab → Booking Availability sub-tab.

What You'll Need

  • A Google account
  • About 2 minutes to complete setup

Steps

1. Go to Booking Calendar

From the Services page, click on the Booking Management tab, then select the Booking Availability sub-tab. You can connect Google Calendar from:

  • The Availability tab, which shows the connection status.
  • The Integrations tab, where you manage all your service integrations.

2. Find Google Calendar

Locate the Google Calendar integration card, which displays the current connection status.

3. Click Connect

Click the Connect Google Calendar button to start the connection process.

4. Sign In to Google

You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page. Choose the Google account you want to use for your bookings.

5. Allow Access

Google will request permission to manage your calendar. Click Allow to proceed.

6. Return to Dashboard

After granting permission, you'll be redirected back to your dashboard. The Google Calendar card should now display Connected in green.

What Happens Next?

Once Google Calendar is connected:

  • Each booking location is assigned its own calendar.
  • Customer bookings automatically appear in your Google Calendar.
  • You can view all appointments directly in Google Calendar.
  • Any changes made are synced both ways between the platform and Google Calendar.

Connection Status

Your Google Calendar connection will show one of these statuses:

  2. Click Reconnect or Refresh Connection.
