Best Practices

  • Use a recognizable sender name: Customers are more likely to open emails from names they recognize.
  • Make replies easy: Use a monitored email for Reply-To so you don't miss customer responses.
  • Be consistent: Use the same sender details across all your communications.
  • Test your emails: Send a test email to yourself to see how it looks.

What Emails Use These Settings?

All automated emails from your website use these settings:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Review requests
  • Form submission notifications
  • Password resets
  • Payment receipts

Changing Your Settings

You can update your email sender settings anytime:

  1. Go to Services → Custom Domain tab → Email Domain sub-tab
  2. Edit the fields
  3. Click Save Changes

Changes apply to all future emails immediately.

Troubleshooting

  • Emails not sending? Make sure your email domain DNS is fully verified.
  • Replies not arriving?
    • Check the Reply-To address is correct
    • Check your spam folder
    • Verify the email account exists and is working
  • Customers don't recognize your emails? Use a clear, recognizable From Name that matches your business branding.
