Keep track of every payment you receive from customers.
Where to find this
Navigate to Services → Account tab → Payments tab to view your payment history.
Steps
1. Access the Account Tab
In the Services page, click on the Account tab.
2. Open the Payments Tab
Select the Payments tab to view your transaction history.
What You'll See
Your payments list includes:
- Amount: The total paid by the customer.
- Date: The date the payment was made.
- Customer: The name of the customer who made the payment.
- Status: The current status of the payment (e.g., succeeded, pending, failed, refunded).
Understanding Payment Status
Viewing Payment Details
Click on any payment entry to see more detailed information, including:
- Full customer details
- Items purchased
- Payment method used
- Any fees applied
Finding Specific Payments
Use the search and filter options to locate payments by:
- Customer name or email
- Date range
- Payment amount
- Status
Exporting Your Data
To export your payment data for accounting purposes:
- Navigate to Services → Account tab → Products (this will open Stripe).
- In Stripe, go to the Payments section.
- Click Export to download a CSV file of your transaction history.
Tip: Regularly review your payments to quickly identify and resolve any issues, ensuring your records are always up to date.
